Our work is not based upon coincidence, but rather upon a well though-out and efficient process that we have always adapted to individual customer requirements and the modules of which we offer in various configurations. We would like to present this process to you: after all, you should know precisely what we are doing for you.
The Revacom process is divided into four phases. At the beginning is consulting, where standards are defined and initial information is collected. Then the packaging preparation follows, in the course of which all necessary special information is documented and a test of the compatibility is performed. This is so that packaging or virtualisation can subsequently be smoothly performed. Phase four consists of tests to establish that everything is functioning correctly and support for delivery. Just how intensive our service should and must be within the four phases depends upon the wishes and requirements of the customer.
