All information about the installation and configuration of the single applications are collected and documented here. Those responsible from the end customer are also interviewed in order to ascertain necessary details. In this way, it is determined that the future packages meet the expectations and requirements of the end customer.

If necessary, the preparation of specific test scripts for User Acceptance Testing may be performed within the scope of the discovery phase. Because of our years of experience, we can promise a very structured and efficient approach in this phase.

Compatibility Check

The compatibility check consists of the assessment and remediation modules.

Our Assessment Service helps us to determine for you which applications will run smoothly with the new operating system or new virtualisation technology and which ones need to be adapted. Within a few days, the result is available in the form of a clearly-understandable report.

The traffic lights for the application will then be set at green, amber or red. Green means that they are running perfectly, given amber there are problems to resolve and in the case of red, it may even be necessary to procure new applications.

The remediation tool makes it possible to effectively remove many complexity problems. The areas in which problems arise are exactly denoted in a comprehensive report and detailed instructions are provided in order to generate full compatibility at a later step.
