In other words, the better the customer's internal organisation and thus the flow of information, the more money can be saved by the appropriate delivery model.
In the transition phase, our consultants work with you to analyse the situation from the customer perspective and draw up a roadmap in order to achieve the objectives of the project. The next step is to fine-tune these objectives, which then form the basis for the technical and organisational framework for the project.
